Course Description
A panel of sitting federal judges address a range of issues on awarding attorney fees and expenses in large, complex federal litigation.  Panelists discuss the nuts and bolts of attorney fee awards including fee calculation methods, attorney fee award factors, establishing hourly rates, attorney fee disputes, attorney fee allocation issues, and more.  Panelists also offer judicial insight on attorney fee requests and provide practice tips for fee-seeking and fee-challenging litigators.  Course materials included.

Course Description
