Course Description
In large bankruptcy cases, professional fees can quickly grow into the millions of dollars. Panelists cover a range of fee, rate, and billing issues that arise in large Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Panelists take an in-depth look at the role of the bankruptcy fee examiner, the process of legal bill review, hourly rates, expenses, and ways U.S. Bankruptcy Courts manage fees and expenses in major reorganization cases.
