Representation of Industrial Indemnity in the Cumis counsel "Alliance" fraud cases in California.  These dealt with expert testimony in state Superior Court, testimony before the state bar in disciplinary proceedings, monitoring of Cumis Counsel fees on an on-going basis.

Monitored and gave opinions regarding Cumis counsel billings in several cases for QBE, Industrial Indemnity/Westchester Specialty, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department on an on-going basis.

Rendered opinions in plaintiffs' attorney fees requests for the County of Los Angeles in federal court on the reasonableness of hours spent and hourly rates charged.
