As an administrative law judge, Suzanne Nusbaum adjudicated hundreds of legal fee disputes.  She now employs that knowledge and experience as a mediator to help you resolve your legal fee disputes.  She has successfully mediated legal fee cases for the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Department of the State Bar of California, the Santa Clara County Bar Fee Grievance Program and many private parties.

 

A cum laude graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA, she has a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M. from Santa Clara University School of Law.

 

She is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Massachusetts, Maine, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of California and the District of Maine and U.S. Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit.
