Legal Cost Consultants, Inc. is owed by Brad Malamud.  Brad has performed computerized legal bill reviews for over 20 years and reviewed over 5,000 matters.  LCC has reviewed billing in large cases including the Exxon Valdez, the Hilbloom Estate and many more matters with legal billing exceeding $5 million.

LCC works with attorney fee experts.  These experts use LCC's billing reports to testify in arbitrations and trials.  The reports allocate fees and costs to categories.  Block billing is analyzed and segregated.  Analysis includes billing rate changes, staffing, conferencing, long day billing, work perfomed by category (i.e. motions, letters, phone calls, travel, hearing prep and attendance, trial prep and attendance, discovery, etc.  Costs are broken down by category.

LCC's pricing is the key.  LCC charges a reasonable set/fixed fee for every engagement.  Changes in reports/data are included.  Thus, the client knows prior to engagement the actual price.  There are no additional charges for LCC's services.
