Bucklin has:

• Over 40 years of experience in trial practice, transactional work, and law firm management.
  
  
• Over 10 years of experience in depositions and trials as an expert witness.

Bucklin is a Texas and North Dakota attorney, who is admitted to practice and has legal experience in several other states. He self-limits his work as an expert witness to legal fees disputes involving legal work done in Texas and 15 other mid-continent western states shown in blue and green at the left. 

With recognized accomplishments as a trial lawyer, Bucklin knows how to communicate with clarity, in his expert witness oral testimony, to the judge or jury. He provides the attorney retaining him with detailed written report opinions, which are based on a methodology intended to satisfy Daubert-type requirement.
