Legal fee analysis encompasses a wide range of highly specialized services preformed by experienced litigators. These services include the practice of reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, mediating, and counseling on attorney fees and/or litigation costs.
Why are best practices

Some attorneys have described the process of reviewing attorney fees as arbitrary, inconsistent, burdensome, and without recognized principles. By providing best practices, we ensure reliability in the attorney fee review process and admissibility in attorney fee results.

Practices apply to all qualified
professionals who review, analyze, and evaluate
on attorney fees and/or legal costs. Our
generally accepted principles ensure reliability

required by the Daubert and Frye
holdings.

Daubert ruling? The
Daubert ruling is the landmark Supreme Court decision that requires admissible expert opinion to rest on a reliable foundation, be subject to peer review, and be recognized by generally accepted principles within a given professional community.
