Wyatt Partners specializes in assisting major corporations in litigation budgeting and monitoring, cost reduction, vendor management, technology solutions and litigation readiness.  Wyatt has extensive experience in developing programs specifically designed to reduce and avoid legal fees and costs.  During the consulting process with Wyatt Partners, a company will set itself on the road towards efficiency and cost reduction through a two part process.  In the first part of the process, Wyatt Partners assists in the establishment of a company-specific, tailored, focused Litigation Budget and Support Program.  Once this Program has been implemented, Wyatt provides guidance to assist in the re-invention of a company's relationships with outside counsel and third party vendors in furtherance of litigation cost reduction.
