Administrative Costs & Mediator Fees
We charge an administrative fee of $3,000 for each mediation case.  The administrative fee covers all costs and expenses other than the mediator’s time.  This fee is assess at the start of the mediation process and is divided equally between the parties, unless the parties agree otherwise.  Our fees reflect our specialized niche service.

Our mediators’ hourly fees range from $300-$600.
