With the support of legal scholars, NALFA was founded in 2007 by Marketing Executive Terence Jesse to fulfill a market-based need in the legal community. Terence serves as Program Director.

NALFA is a non-profit organization specializing in attorney fees and litigation costs. We are an independent, non-partisan organization not affiliated with the defense or plaintiffs’ bar.
